1、浙江理工大学硕士学位论文靛蓝染色促进剂的合成及其在棉织物上的应用棉织物经PECH.amine改性后Zeta电位明显趋正,但热稳定性和结晶度略有下降,物理机械性能没有显著变化;改性后棉织物染色K/S值明显提高,并且均匀性也较好,K/S值最高可达25.06,而相同染色条件下,未改性棉织物的染色K/S值仅为16.60。改性棉织物只要经3次染色.氧化就能达到未改性棉织物6次染色.氧化的染色效果。染色织物的耐洗牢度、干摩擦牢度和湿摩擦牢度良好。关键词:棉;PECH.amine:改性;靛蓝染色;K/S值II浙江理工大学硕士学位

4、s.Therefore,improvingtheindigodyeability,reducingtheresidualamountofthedyebath,shorteningthedyeingprocess,byusingapromoterfordenimdyeing,haveapositiveandpracticalsignificanceforthepromotionofenergysavingofindigodyeingoncotton.Inthispaper,thecationicring—openin
5、gpolymerisationofepichlorohydrinincarbontetrachioridewithborontrifluorideetherateascatalystproducesthePECH.Thepromoterforindigodyeingoncotton,Polyepichlorohydrin-dimethylamine(PECH—amine)waspreparedbytheinitialpolymerisationofepichlorohydrinfollowedbyamination
6、withdimethylamine.ThesynthesisprocessofPECH-aminehasbeenoptimizedandthecationicdegreeofPECH-amineWasmeasuredbytetraphenylborate-back"titrationmethod.AndthestructureischaracterizedbyFTIRand1HNMR,molecularweightwasmeasuredbyGPC.Onthisbasis,PECH.amineproducedunde
