2、iphaticcarbon.Inthelastdecade,SN2reactionsatneutralnitrogenbecamethefocusofatentionbecauseoftheirsynthetic,biochemicalandtheoreticalimportance.SN2reactionatnitrogenwasstudiedtheoreticallyandsystematicallyusingtheDFTmethods.Thispaperistoexplorethereactionrule,revealsomesim
3、ilaritiesanddiferencesbetweenSN2reactionsatnitrogenandcarbon,researchthereactionmechanismsandinvestigateeachofthereactionpaths.Atthesametime,energybarriercurveswereestimatedsothatdynamicandthermodynamicparametersofchemicalreactionsandtherelationshipsbetweenenergyparameter
4、andstructurecouldbeobtained.Wehopetheresultscanprovidesometheoreticalbasesforexperimenters.Accordingtothediferenceofthenucleophilesandthesubstratesinvolvedinthereactions,wedivideourresearchprojectintothreeparts(Inthefollowingcontext,NuandLgareusedtodenotenucleophileandsub
