1、哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文摘要工程监理是个新兴的技术服务行业，同时也是一个过度竞争的行业。本文是在企业战略管理理论的指导下，结合大庆日上监理公司目前的经营现状，研究大庆日上监理公司的发展战略问题。随着我国加入世贸组织，工程监理公司不仅要和本国企业进行竞争，还要面临国外同行的竞争和冲击。于是保持工程监理公司的持续、稳定、健康的发展，在激烈的竞争中占有优势就成为一个关注的话题。本文对日上监理公司进行了系统地宏观分析和行业环境分析，提示外部环境变化带来的机会和威胁；然后系统地分析了公司的内部环境因素，提示出自己
