7、andhistologicalstructuresofmaxillarysinusmembraneingoatsaresimilartothoseinhumans.Goatcallbeconsideredasanapplicableanimalmodelformaxillarysinusfloorelevation.(2)DisciformbonefragmentseparatedfromthesinusfloorbyDSRhelpstoreducetheriskofmembraneperforation,
8、andtoovercomesomedisadvantagesofosteotome,suchasblindnessandsufferingcausedbystriking.(3)TheDSRcandeliverbonegraftsdeepinsidethehole,andscatterthemevenlyaroundtheimplants,contributingtoincreasetheprimarystabi
