7、生产中急待解决的重大技术难题。目前,市面上使用的抗烟草花时病毒药剂主要有宁南霉素、病毒A、嘧肽霉素、净土灵、抗坏血酸、植病灵等,其防效大多在30"-60%左右,总体防治效果并不令人满意。多年来贵州大学精细化工研究开发中心致力于研制开发防治烟草花叶病毒的高效、低毒、低残留农药(宋宝安,2003;胡德禹。2005),自主研制开发的仿生绿色农药.毒氟磷,它对烟草花叶病毒防效可达86.2%,优于现有药剂,具有良好的应用前景。毒氟磷属于有机磷类农药,有机磷农药在生物链中的积累较低,被广泛应用于农作物病虫害防治领域,但它对生物机体机能有着较为严重的毒害作用。建立有效、快速
