7、智收稿日期：2017年6月29日；录用日期：2017年7月13日；发布日期：2017年7月17日摘要大同社会环境之建构在于追求均衡社会发展，而均衡社会发展则需国民素质提升，因此国民素质提升是达成此国民教育总体目标之关键。国民素质是否能因教育而提升，则必须思考如何能有效地提升学生对于课程之吸收力与应用力，不仅仅是量化式教学评量，更是要激发学生质化能力之表现，方能使学生未来转化知能为创造力。本文提出创新教学方法之理论依据、实践程序、及资讯科技辅助教学之实施样貌等，并提出创新教学方法之具体建议供教育先驱者与教育政策机关参考，其目的在于要能发现学生适性取向，要
