5、theIMFforitscontinuedsupport.Oureconomycontinuesitsrecoveringtrendandgrewby5percentinthefirstthreequarters.Weexpectthegrowthmomentumtoextendinto2018despiterisksarisingfromrecenttensionsattheborderwithKazakhstan.TherecentlylaunchedProgramoftheGovernmentoftheKy

6、rgyzRepublic“JanyDoorgoKyrkKadam”envisionsfarreachingstructuralreformsaimedatacceleratinggrowthandmakingitmoreequitable.Thefourthreview,originallyscheduledinJune2017,couldnotbecompletedontimeduetodelayinimplementingtheprioractionofreversingtheVATexemptiononwh

7、eatandflour,andthelackofagreementontheLetterofIntent(LOI).However,weremaincommittedtothepoliciesandobjectivessupportedbytheECFarrangement.Ouractionsensuredthatallend-December2016andend-June2017quantitativeperformancecriteria(QPCs)weremet.Allbutthreeindicative

8、targets(IT)weremet.TheDecember2016ITontaxrevenuewasmissedduetoweaktaxcollection.ThecontinuousITonintroducingneworrenewingexistingtaxexemptionswasalsomissedasfinancialpolicestaffwereexempt
