3、ina)Abstract:Anoptimizationsolutiontorollshiftingstrategyforalternatelyrollingcampaignispresented.Allthestripsinarollingcampaignaredividedintonarrowstripsandwideones,andshiftingpositionofnarrowstripsisob-tainedbytherecursivemethod,andthenshiftingpositionofwidestripsisoptimizedbyNSGA-I
4、Iwhichisamulti-objectivegeneticalgorithm.Forwidestrips,amulti-objectiveoptimizationmodelofrollshiftingstrategyispro-posed,whichtakes3wearcontourfactorsincludingedgesmoothness,bodysmoothnessandedgedropasoptimiza-tionobjectives.TheParetooptimalfrontofrollshiftingstrategycanbegainedquick
5、lybyNSGA-II,whichsuggestsaseriesofalternativesolutionstorollshiftingstrategy.Analysisshowsthattheconflictexistsamongthe3objec-tives.ThefinaloptimalsolutionisselectedfromtheParetooptimalsolutionsbytheweighted-sumdecision-makingmethod.Industrialproductionprovesthevalidityofthesolution,a
