1、摘要经济危机席卷全球，各国都受到不同程度的影响，我国也不例外。而在众多企业中，中小企业作为初升的朝阳企业，面临着巨大的挑战。就目前的形势来看，中小企业对于中国经济的复苏进步起到了重大的作用，因此，中小企业的发展不容小觑。中小企业在发展的过程中，会遇到各种困难，比如筹资，中小企业由于自身的特点，企业成立初期信誉度较低，筹资比较困难，从而在筹资的过程中会遇到很多的风险。中小企业的融资有多种途径，主要包括权益资金筹资，而权益资金筹资中的主要方式就是负债筹资，在这种情况下，负债筹资成为众多中小企业青睐的筹资方式。然而，负债筹
2、资的过程中存在种种的风险，企业的目的就是获利，想要在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出，就要做到预测风险并做好控制，控制负债比例，合理利用负债筹资，规避负债筹资所带来的各种风险，将负债筹资的带来的利益最大化。本文从中小企业负债筹资的概念入手，探究负债筹资风险的成因，进而讨论行之有效的具有针对性的防范措施。从对与筹资风险及其规避的讨论中，得出适合中国中小企业发展的有效途径，给中小企业的发展提供一些可行的建议。关键词：中小企业；负债筹资风险；防范措施AbstractTheglobaleconomiccrisis,countriesar
