1、辽宁科技大学毕业设计（论文）第III页中小企业筹资问题研究摘要改革开放以来，我国的中小企业迅猛发展，已成为国民经济的重要组成部分，成为我国全面实现小康目标的重要力量，在活跃市场、发展经济、扩大就业等方面发挥着重要作用。而且，随着市场竞争的日益激烈，中小企业会越来越多，但是由于中小企业规模相对较小、资信度低等客观条件的限制，大多数中小企业资金匮乏，筹资困难，其扩大再生产只能靠慢慢的自我积累，步履维艰，错过发展机会，使得经营困难面临破产。这严重阻碍了中小企业的发展。因此研究中小企业筹资问题就显得尤为
