2、场发育尚不完善，政策法规尚未健全，信用和市场资料信息不足，给建设项目投资带来了更大的风险"这就要求开发商在房地产项目开发中应充分了解过程中的风险情况，应用科学的分析方法和手段，正确做出决策。本文分析了我国当前的宏观经济形势和房地产市场的发展现状。并在此基础上立足于当前的宏观经济形势和房地产市场的现状，阐述并分析了当前房地产项目开发中存在的主要风险，接着又提出了应对上述开发风险的防范措施。最后，根据上述的分析，对应对房地产开发风险提出了建议。关键词：房地产开发；风险因素；风险防范AbstractInvestm
