3、rentdepositionmethodsof3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)onglassslideswerecomparedinordertostudytheadhesioneffectofcervicalexfoliatedcellsonsmearslides.Glassslidesweremodifiedbyvapor-phasedeposition(V-D)andliquid-phasedeposition(L-D),respectively.ThenumbersofcellsadheredontheslidesfunctionalizedbyV
4、-DandL-Dwerecountedandcomparedunderthemicroscope.ThenumberofcellsontheslidesfunctionalizedbyV-DandL—Dwas3457土668and2771土693,respectively.Thedatashowedsignificantdifferencesbetweenthetwomethods(t-test:P5、hinPrepcytologictest.III(2)Grapheneoxideweredispersedinchitosan/aceticacidsolutions.Grapheneoxide.chitosanfilmswereproduced.Themechanicalpropertiesofcompositefilmsweretestedbynanoindentationmethod.Withtheadditionofasmallamountofgrapheneinchitosan(O.1-2.0wt%),theelasticmodulusandhardnessofchitosanfil6、mswereincreased.ThecelladhesionresultshowedthattheHepG2cellandMCF-7cellcanadheretoanddeveloponthegrapheneoxide—chitosancompositefilmsaswellasonpurechitosanfilm,indicatingthatgrapheneoxide—chitosancompositeshavegoodbiocompatibility.Becausethereisnometallicimpurityintheproductionstepsofgrapheneoxide,t7、hetime·consumingpurificationprocessforremovingmetalnanoparticlesisthusavoidedwhengrapheneoxideisusedtopreparebiomedicalmaterials.Grapheneoxide—chitosanfilmsarepotentialcandidatesasscaffoldmaterialsint
