2、分AUID患者未发现可证实的基因突变,应用现有针对IL一1的生物制剂治疗也无效,提示另有未知的基因突变和炎症信号传导通路。新的AUID确定致病基因突变扩大了对AUID的认识,其中干扰素介导的AUID(或称干扰素病)最为引人瞩目。干扰素介导的AUID包括几种复杂的I临床综合征,由于基因突变导致I型干扰素慢性持续产生,其器官受累表现与IL.1介导的AUID不同,可出现颅内钙化、肌炎和间质性肺病,并且常伴自身抗体。干扰素在这组自身炎症临床表型中发挥了炎性介质的作用。对干扰素介导的AUID的研究有利于揭示
