1、食品安全现状分析摘要对我国食品安全现状及存在问题进行了综述，并对其产生原因进行了分析；同时对保障我国食品安全的良性发展提出了相应对策。提出的食品安全良性发展对策对食品安全生产管理具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。“民以食为天，食以安为先”，食品安全是一个遍及全球的公共卫生问题,不仅直接关系人类的健康生存，还关系系到国计民生、建设和谐社会的大事，而且还严重影响着经济和社会的发展。近年食品安全事件频频发生。日本的大肠杆菌O157流行事件，涉及44个地区，病人逾万人；英国的疯牛病事件，引起整个欧洲乃至世界的恐慌；二恶英事件使数十个国家禁止从比利时、荷兰、德
2、国、法国进口鸡、猪、牛肉和蛋、奶等制品。随着经济的发展，我国食品市场品种丰富，数量充足，供给有余。但是，有关食品安全的负面消息层出不断，我国的食品安全问题也不容忽视，仅以2005年为例，苏丹红食品遭到封杀；全国严查孔雀石绿；雀巢奶粉碘超标；广东凉果被逐出京；光明“回奶”事件；深圳黑作坊生产哈根达斯；薯条致癌等等，都令国人“谈食色变”，可见我国的食品安全现状不容乐观，要切实保障我国的食品安全，必须尽快建立和完善我国的食品安全保障机制。关键词：食品安全，现状，原因分析，发展对策，HACCP18ABSTRACT:Withthedevelopment

5、nationaleconomyandpeople'slivingstandardscontinuedtoimprove,thepeoplehaveputforwardhigherrequirementsforthequalityoffood,foodsafetyissueshasbecomeoneoftheissuesofgreatconcern.Incidentsoffoodcontaminationandfoodpoisoninggroupssuchasvegetables,pesticidesexceeded,soymilkpoison
6、ing,highlevelsofleanmeatpoisoningandpesticideprocessinghamandotherfoodsafetyincidentscontinuetooccur,causingourgovernmentandrelevantdepartmentsattachgreatimportance.Increaseintheincidenceoffoodcontaminationorfood-bornediseasesaremanyreasons.Industrialproductionandnewtechnol
7、ogies,newmaterials,newproducts,applications,resultinginincreasinglycomplexfoodcontaminationfactors;theenvironmentbroughtaboutbytherapiddevelopmentofindustrialandagriculturalpollutionproblem,directlyaffectingthehealthofagriculturalproductsandfoodrawmaterialsandtriggeraseries
