1、东北师范大学硕士学位论文“东南互保”时期两湖地区教案研究姓名：王士民申请学位级别：硕士专业：中国近现代史指导教师：权赫秀20090601摘要1900年八国联军侵华之际，实施所谓“东南互保"的中国南方地区也出现了教案频发的态势，而学界的相关研究却大都是侧重于重大案件的个别论述。本文将两湖地区教案作为研究对象，试图通过考察和分析当时该地区反洋教斗争的史实及其异同，进而从另一个侧面加深对“东南互保’’及教案等相关问题的认识。本文共由四部分组成：第一、“东南互保’’时期两湖地区教案发生的社会背景，主要涉及义和团运动、“东南互保”以及两湖地区具体的社

2、会状况；第二、在考察、订正、梳理相关史实的基础上，对“东南互保”时期两湖地区发生的教案做出较为完整、翔实的论述；第三、介绍衡州、黄州等地教案的交涉过程，并对其结果进行比较和分析；第四、由于时代背景的特殊性，这一时期两湖地区发生的教案被烙上了深深的时代痕迹，所以该部分将对北方局势的影响和“东南互保"的作用进行分析。由于湘、鄂两省教案之间存在着极大的地域性差异，本文将在比较的基础上加深对其认识。关键词：东南互保；两湖地区；义和团运动；教案；张之洞；俞廉三AbstractWllileawarofaggressionagainstChinawasi
