3、inasForum-usingArgentina'snameforthearchipelago-consistingofhigh-profilefiguresfromUruguaywho support Argentina'sclaimtosovereignty,alsoattendedthemeeting.RubenMartinezHuelmo, president oftheParlasur,toldlocalreporterstoday:"It'sasessionthathadbeenagreedearlierthisyear,andinw
