2、成瘾医学科,北京,100700)ABSRRACTObjective:TocompareSymptomChecklist-90-revision(SCL-90-R),EysenckPersonalityQuestionnaireRevised(EPQ-R),andEgnaMinnenavBarndomsUppfostran-MyMemoiesofUpbringing(EMBU)-profilesofadolescentswithInternetaddictiondisorder(IAD).Design:Theparticipantswereaskedtocomplete
3、SCL-90-R,EPQ-R,andEMBUquestionnaires.Participants:Atotalof304subjects(204IADpositive;100IAD-negative,control)wererecruitedformMay2005toDecember12th,2005.Findings:Respondentsweremaleadolescent(meanage:18.0±s2.7)middleofhighschoolstudents,SCL-90-RprofilesofadolescentwithIADrevealedacompar
4、ativelyhighermeanscoresforalloftheninedomainsandsignificantlyhigherscoresforSomatization(P=0.006),Depression(P<0.0001),Hostility(P=0.001),andParanoidIdeation(P=0.000);themeanglobalsymptomindexofadolescentswithIADwasalsosignificantlyhigherbyapproximately10%(P=0.001)..EPQprofilesofadol
5、escentswithIADrevealedthatInternetdependentindividualstendedtoexhibitasignificantlylowerdegreeofextra-version(P<0.0001),andasignificantlyhigherdegreeofpsychoticism(51.0±s12.8vs.45.9±s7.7,P=0.000)whencomparedwiththecontrolgroup.EMBUprofilesrevealedthatadolescentswithIADgenerallyratedb
6、othmaternalandpaternalrearingpracticesaslackinginemotionalwarmth,over-involved,rejecting,andpunitive(mothersonly)(P<0.001).Conclusion:TheresultsofthisstudyconfirmthatIADoftenoccursconcurrentlywithmentalsymptomsandpersonalitytraitssuchasintroversionandpsychoticism.AdolescentswithIADco
