6、ogetherwiththeAgreementsetforthonthereversesideofthissheet,constituteacontractbetweenthepartiesthereinnamedwhichcontractishereafterreferredtoas“thisAgreement”.1)RENTALPERIOD.TheRentalperiodshallcoveralltimeconsumedintransportingtheequipment,includingthedateofle
7、galdeliverytoapubliccarrierfortransittoLesseeanduponreturnoftheequipment,thedateoflegaldeliverybysuchcarriertoLessor,orifnopubliccarrierisused,shallincludethedateuponwhichtransittoLesseebeginsandthedateuponwhichtransitfromLesseeendsatLessor’sunloadingpoint.2)RE
