5、ignandsuccessorsintitle).WITNESSETHTHAT:AWHEREAS,BorrowerisatelecommunicationsserviceproviderlicensedtoprovidetelecommunicationsserviceswithintheKingdomofThailand;and.BWHEREAS,BorrowerwishestodeployaFTTHnetworkintheKingdomofThailandusingLender’sproductsandasso
6、ciatedservices;andCWHEREAS,Lenderhasexperienceandexpertiseinthebusinessofdesigning,integrating,manufacturing,supply,servicingandfinancingoffibercommunicationscablesandtelecommunicationequipments;and.DWHEREAS,BorrowerhasapproachedLenderforacreditfacilitytofinan
7、cethefirstphaseofdeploymentoftheFTTHnetworkinThailandhereinafterreferredtoas“theNetwork”andasdescribedintheContracttodeploytheNetworkwithintheKingdomofThailandhereinafterreferredtoas“thePrincipalContract”withthecontractNo.WNC-FHI-HTT-01/2009–WNCFTTHPROJECT;and
