1、•1992•当代医药论丛杂志ddyylc.cn·论著·培土清心颗粒对特应性皮炎样动物模型的影响111222温晓文,赵巍,孟威威,刘俊峰,莫秀梅,陈达灿12(广州中医药大学,广州510405;广东省中医院皮肤科,广州510120)摘要:目的:建立特应性皮炎样小鼠模型,探讨中药培土清心颗粒对特应性皮炎细胞免疫的作用机制。方法:以半抗原2-氟二硝基甲苯(DNFB)诱导C57BL/6小鼠建模,造模第1天开始灌胃给药,连续14d。根据局部皮肤症状与组织病理学进行模型评估,计算耳廓肿胀程度和流式细胞检测脾脏调节性B细胞表达变化。结果:模型组皮肤出
2、现明显炎性改变,耳部肿胀明显,病理提示表皮增厚、真皮炎性细胞浸润。培土清心颗粒炎性反应抑制率++++为82.73%;培土清心颗粒组脾脏CD5B细胞、CD1dCD5CD19B细胞阳性表达率均高于模型组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药培土清心颗粒能有效治疗特应性皮炎,其治疗作用与抗炎、刺激调节性B细胞增殖有关。关键词:特应性皮炎;培土清心颗粒;动物模型;细胞免疫基金资助:广东省中医药强省建设专项中医优势病种突破项目(No.粤财社[2015]19号),广东省质检局项目(No.粤质监标函2015[588号]),广东省中
