4、ComparedwithrotationStirlingCryocoolers,linearStirlingCryocoolersarecharacterizedwithsmallvolume,highefficiencyandlonglife,makingthemmoreutilized.ThelinearStirlingCryocoolerisdirectlydrivenbyalinearmotorandthetwoisassembledinoneunit;therefore,themotorbehaviorhasaveryimportanteffectontheCry
5、ocooler.AdvancedlinearStirlingCryocoolersmostlyadoptmagnet-movinglinearmotors(MMLMs),inwhichthemagnetmoveswhilethewindingkeepsstill.Thistypeofmotorisoflonglifeandhighreliability,makingitsuitableforthespaceapplication.MMLMscanbeclassifiedintotwotopologiesintermsofthestatorcore:theonewithtoo
6、thandthatwithouttooth.TheMMLMwithouttooth,showninFig.1,[1]iscomposedofstatorandmover,andthestatorincludescoilandyokewhilethemovercontainsmagnetandinnerironcore.Theconstructionhasthemeritofsimplestructureandeasyinstallation.However,itslowfluxdensityduetoitslargeactivegaplengthleadstoalowpow
