4、onanduncertaindisturbance,andtheparametersartificialisusedtooptimizebyfishswarmalgorithm.Finally,simulationresultsconfirmtheproposedstrategyhasbettertrackingperformanceandrobustnessthanthetraditionalone.IntroductionLinearmotordirectdriveservosystem,whichhassim
5、plestructure,fasterdynamicresponse,highprecision,highspeedandacceleration,lowervibrationandnoise,etc.,iswidelyusedinmachinery,transportation,logisticsandotherfields,especiallyforallkindsofhigh-speedandhigh-precisionmachinetooldrivesystems[1-2].However,thesyste
6、m,whichhashighlynonlinear,strongcoupling,unmoldeddynamicsanduncertainloaddisturbances,etc.,isdifficulttocontrol.Conventionalcontrolstrategies,suchasPIDcontrol[3-4],haveasimplestructure,implementeasily,andcertainrobustness,butover-relianceonthemathematicalmode.
7、Adaptivecontrol,sliding-modecontrol,robustcontrol,self-learningcontrol,fuzzyneuralnetworkcontrol,waveletneural-networkcontrol[5-10]arestudiedtoimprovedsystemperformance.Thefirstthreemethodsarealsobasedonsystemmathematicalmodelanddisturbancemodel,andthelattersa
8、reoftenverycomplextodesign,soitisdifficulttoachieveforproductionpractices.Withrapidprogressinelectronics,microprocessors,andcontroltheory,sensorlesscontroltechnologyhasbeenpaidmore
