1、广东省促进中小企业发展条例（2007年9月30日广东省第十届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十四次会议通过2007年9月30日公布自2008年1月1日起施行） 第一章总则 第一条为改善中小企业经营环境，维护中小企业合法权益，促进中小企业发展，根据《中华人民共和国中小企业促进法》和有关法律法规，结合本省实际，制定本条例。 第二条本条例所称中小企业，是指本省行政区域内依法设立的、符合国家产业政策和有关中小企业划分标准的各种所有制和各种形式的企业。 第三条省人民政府负责统筹规划全省中小企业的发展，制定促进全省中小企业发展政策。
