3、missiononPresidentialDebates.Tonight's90minuteswillbeaboutdomesticissuesandwillfollowaformatdesignedbytheCommission.Therewillbesixroughly15-minutesegments,with2-minuteanswersforthefirstquestion,thenopendiscussionfortheremainderofeachsegment.Thousandsofp
