3、's90minuteswillbeaboutdomesticissuesandwillfollowaformatdesignedbythecommission.Therewillbesixroughly15-minutesegmentswithtwo-minuteanswersforthefirstquestion,thenopendiscussionfortheremainderofeachsegment.Thousandsofpeopleofferedsuggestionsonsegmentsu
