1、万方数据[文章编号]1000-2200(2016)07-0959-04POSSUM评分在胰十二指肠切除术后并发症精准化护理干预中的应用祝盈，吴月凤，朱洁。周琰959·护理学·[摘要]目的：探讨基于生理学和手术严重性评分(POSSUM评分)的针对胰十二指肠切除术后并发症的精准化护理干预方案的应用效果。方法：将行胰十二指肠切除术的824例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各412例，对照组给予普外科常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上应用POSSUM评分预测并发症风险，并对高风险患者给予针对性干预。结果：观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0．01)。2组并发症预测
