2、，予以眶周雷火灸；按摩治疗组60例，予以手法按摩治疗；综合治疗组60例，予以眶周雷火灸加手法按摩。雷火灸施灸时进行规范护理操作，疗程10d，进行临床疗效统计。结果：雷火灸治疗组总有效率为73.33%，按摩治疗组36.67%，综合治疗组91.67%，雷火灸治疗组、综合治疗组分别与按摩治疗组进行比较，差异有显著统计学意义（P<0.01）；雷火灸治疗组与综合治疗组进行比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：综合护理雷火灸在治疗VDT视疲劳方面具有值得肯定的临床效果，结合手法按摩的雷火灸在治疗VDT视疲劳方面疗效更佳。关键词
