2、治疗，共6次，每次间隔3—4周)和未治疗侧(不予治疗)．由医生根据患者黄褐斑面积及颜色进行4级评分，计算总积分及积分下降指数；由受试者对疗效进行满意度评价。结果：治疗侧总积分于第1次治疗后由治疗前的5．6显著下降至4．7，第2次治疗后略有回升，第4次治疗后积分再次下降，至第6次治疗后达3．8。治疗侧大部分时间点上积分下降指数明显高于未治疗侧。治疗侧疗程结束后80％的受试者表示对治疗满意或非常满意。常见的不良反应为轻微红斑及痂皮，仅1例出现轻度色素沉着．结论：新型强脉冲光治疗面部黄褐斑效果好、安全性高．【关键词]强脉冲光
