1、新型强脉冲光脱毛的疗效观察［摘要］目的：观察具有完美脉冲技术（optimalpulsetechnology,OPT）的新型强脉冲光（intensepulsedlight,IPL）脱毛的临床疗效及安全性。方法：应用具有OPT的新型IPL对195例患者共计376个部位进行脱毛。4～6周治疗1次，4次为1疗程。分别于每次治疗前及第4次治疗后2个月记录治疗部位毛发密度（根/cm2），以治疗前后毛发密度计算毛发减少百分率来评价治疗效果；并随访6个月观察不良反应；同时评定医生和患者的主观满意程度。结果：每次治疗后，有效率分别为28.99%、76.33%、87.77%、9
2、5.48%；治疗结束时，各脱毛部位疗效相当。随访6个月，有150个（39.89%）脱毛部位毛发再生；所有再生毛发面积不超过原有脱毛面积的10%，且再生毛发较治疗前变细变黄，生长延迟。治疗结束时，有12（3.19%）个治疗部位发生轻微炎症后色素沉着，随访6个月色素沉着消失，所有患者均未发生色素脱失。对脱毛疗效综合评价，医生满意率95.74％，患者满意率92.82%，二者差异无统计学意义（χ2=2.98，P＞0.05）。结论：应用具有OPT的新型IPL进行脱毛疗效显著、副作用小。［关键词］完美脉冲技术；强脉冲光；脱毛EfficacyofaNewIntensePu
