1、实用骨科杂志 第10卷,第6期,2004年12月 ·515·实验研究文章编号:1008-5572(2004)06-0515-04聚乙烯颗粒对植入体周成骨的影响1122余存泰,徐中和,杨庆铭,邓廉夫(1.广州市第一人民医院骨科,广东广州 510180;2.上海第二医科大学瑞金医院骨科,上海 200025) 摘要:目的 观察聚乙烯颗粒对植入体周成骨的作用。方法 建立植入体无菌松动的动物模型,定期向连通植入体2骨界面的关节腔内注射聚乙烯(UHMWPE)颗粒。结果 植入体周骨小梁表面碱性磷酸酶(ALP)阳性染色的细胞减少;植入体表面骨结合率术后6周为15.06%±1.70%,12周为
2、18.38%±2.49%,20周为24.20%±3.68%,显著低于同期对照组(P<0.05);植入体周骨小梁密度术后6周为20.45%±7.79%,12周为19.16%±7.77%,20周为15.74%±9.05%,6周时其与对照组相比无显著性意义(P>0.05),而在12、20周时二者差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 聚乙烯(UHMWPE)颗粒在髓腔内植入体周微环境中阻碍新骨形成。关键词:聚乙烯颗粒;成骨;成骨细胞;植入体+中图分类号:R687.42 文献标志码:AEffectofUHMWPEParticlesonBoneFormationAroundanImpla
