1、#268#辽宁中医杂志2010年第37卷第2期小儿消滞颗粒治疗厌食症患儿30例李彦昕,张婉君,许尤佳(广州中医药大学第二附属医院,广东广州510120)摘要:目的:观察小儿消滞颗粒对厌食症患儿小肠吸收功能的影响及治疗厌食症的疗效。方法:采用自身前后对照,研究30名2~10岁,近1个月内未用过治疗小儿厌食症中西药物及其它疗法的患儿,按规范口服小儿消滞颗粒治疗2周后再随访2月。观察实验前后体重、身高、尿D-木糖排泄率及唾液淀粉酶的测定的变化,以及各项观察指标的变化。结果:治疗后体重、尿D-木糖排泄率、唾液淀粉酶均较治疗前明显上升;总体疗效比较,治疗后总证候积分临床痊
