1、·1570·辽宁中医杂志2011年第38卷第8期瘀血痹片治疗血瘀型膝骨关节炎疗效观察1122121覃剑，程维，罗锟，周文明，奚海翔，李冬，指导:董晓俊(1.武汉市中医医院骨伤科，湖北武汉430014，2.湖北中医药大学，湖北武汉430065)摘要:目的:对瘀血痹片治疗血瘀型膝骨关节炎(KOA)的治疗效果进行量化、客观化评定，以观察瘀血痹片治疗血瘀型KOA的疗效。方法:将确诊的血瘀型KOA患者81例(共112膝)，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用瘀血痹片口服，10天为1个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程。对照组予双氯芬酸钠缓释片75mg/d，1次顿服，连服20天。对治疗前后膝关节的
