1、辽宁中医杂志2011年第38卷第12期·2403·经颅多普勒评价交感型颈椎病疗效的意义杜建明，杨智杰，田小武，张贤，汤建华，陈剑峰，周智毅，张兴国，贾胜洪(无锡市中医医院脊柱科，江苏无锡214001)摘要:目的:分析交感型颈椎病治疗前后的经颅多普勒(TCD)变化，探讨TCD评价交感型颈椎病疗效的临床意义。方法:在2008年7月—2010年3月期间，收集住院后TCD检查异常的交感型颈椎病患者29例，给予推拿、中频、中药热敷、牵引、骶管冲击、小针刀等综合保守治疗，治疗后评价症状恢复情况;并且复查TCD，分析TCD变化与疗效变化是否具有相关性。结果:复查TCD恢复

2、正常26例(优17例，良7例，有效2例);改善3例(优0例，良1例，有效2例);TCD改变与疗效相关性分析:r=0.524，t=3.194，P＜0.01。结论:TCD改变与疗效呈正相关，可作为交感型颈椎病疗效评价的参考指标，且有经济实惠、无创伤、可重复等优点。关键词:交感型颈椎病;经颅多普勒;推拿;骶管冲击;小针刀中图分类号:R681．55文献标识码:B文章编号:1000－1719(2011)12－2403－03TheSignificanceofTranscranialDopplerintheEvaluationoftheCurativeEffectofSy
