1、安徽农业科学,JournalofAnhuiAgr.iSc.i2011,39(6):3336-3338,3379责任编辑李菲菲责任校对李岩雀儿舌头根、茎、叶的解剖结构研究11,2白重炎,周迪(1.延安大学生命科学学院,陕西延安716000;2.陕西省商南县高级中学,陕西商洛716300)摘要[目的]研究陕北分布的一种含有剧毒物质的植物雀儿舌头(Leptopuschinensis)营养器官的结构特征,为深入研究与利用这种植物资源提供基础生物学依据。[方法]运用石蜡切片法制片,显微镜观察雀儿舌头根、茎、叶结构,随机选择20个视野测量相应数据,分别计算其平均值和标准差。[结果]
2、雀儿舌头根的初生木质部为二原型,次生结构中维管组织发达;茎中皮层所占比例较大,维管组织排列成近圆环形,髓部较发达;叶片为异面叶,有明显的栅栏组织和海绵组织分化,气孔主要分布于下表皮,下表皮被丰富的表皮毛;贮藏细胞和分泌细胞密度较大。[结论]雀儿舌头营养器官具有独特的解剖结构,使其表现出极为良好的生态适应性,生命力强、繁衍快、分布广,具有重要的开发利用价值。关键词雀儿舌头;根;茎;叶;解剖结构中图分类号Q944.5文献标识码A文章编号0517-6611(2011)06-03336-03ResearchontheAnatomicalStructureofSlender
