1、临床心血管病杂志2015,31·1226·JournalofClinicalCardiology(China)(11):1226—1229黄芪甲苷对大鼠颈动脉球囊损伤后内膜增生的影响*刘帅张金国胡玲爱尉希清[摘要]目的:研究黄芪甲苷对球囊损伤后大鼠颈动脉内膜增生的影响。方法:SD雄性大鼠5O只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、黄芪甲苷(20mg·kg·d)、(4omg·kg·d)及(6Omg·kg·d)组。建立大鼠颈动脉球囊损伤模型,黄芪甲苷组大鼠术前3d开始给药,每天1次,假手术组、模型组同时给予1羧甲基纤维素
