7、参芎葡萄糖注射液对兔颈动脉球囊损伤后血管内膜增生的作用摘要目的:目前我国介入治疗冠心病应用广泛,但其术后再狭窄影响了介入治疗的远期疗效。虽然辛伐他汀在临床上的应用减少了介入术后再狭窄的发生率,但仍有必要探索更多的药物来干预介入术后再狭窄。血管内膜增生为冠脉粥样硬化及介入术后血管再狭窄的重要特征,可能的机制包括:内皮损伤及功能障碍;炎症反应;血小板聚集,血管平滑肌细胞增殖、迁徙等。研究表明参芎葡萄糖具有改善血液流变学、脂质代谢异常,以及降低炎症因子等作用。本实验建立了在高脂饮食条件下、球囊损伤的新西兰兔颈动脉血管内膜增生模型,
8、旨在观察参芎葡萄糖注射液对兔颈动脉内膜增生形成的影响及分析其可能的机制,为进一步研究防止血管介入术后再狭窄的药物治疗提供有意义的实验室依据。方法:选取4月龄健康雄性新西兰兔,分为:1对照(C)组,仅给予高脂饮食,无球囊损伤,无药物干预;2手术(O)组,给予高脂饮食,并球囊损伤;3辛伐他汀(
