3、kablylowamorphousi-layerthicknesses.Alight-soakedsingle-junctiona-Si:Hcellwithrecordefficiencyof210.09%on1cmwasindependentlyconfirmedbyNREL.Inatable,resultsofmeasurementsdoneonthesamedevicesatOerlikonSolar-LabNeuchâtelandNRELlaboratoriesrevealverylowdeviationsbetweenbothcharacterizations.Th
