2、SAH+CH组)组及治疗对照组(SAH+Vehicle组);动物用改良后单次注血法造模,所有动物在48h后处死,取材计算基底动脉血管皱缩指数(CC),光镜下观察血管内膜痉挛的情况,脑脊液测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、S-10013蛋白(S-10013)。结果:改良动物模型短程、平稳、安全,光镜下观察药物组脑血管痉挛程度明显减轻;与SAH组比较,SAH+CM组CC值减小,P<0.05;与SAH组相比,SAH+CM组S-100l~蛋白浓度明显降低,P<0.05;其余各组与Ns组比较,SOD活性降低(Jp<0.01),MDA含量升高(P<0.01)。结论:
