3、shallhelptoidentifycausesandshallassistmanagementtodevelopcorrectiveactions.该程序提供事故报告、调查和控制的方法，用于工伤、疾病、财产损失等事故,以及未遂事件及危险源报告和调查分析；有助于分析事故的根本原因，策划纠正措施。2.0Scope范围ThisprocedureonlyappliestoSMCJiadingAssemblyCenter.本程序仅适用于山特维克嘉定装配中心。3.0Responsibility职责3.1AllManagersandsupervisors

5、.0Definition定义5.1FirstAidTreatment:Anyone-timetreatmentandsubsequentobservationofminorscratches,cuts,burns,splinters,andsoforth,whichdonotordinarilyrequiremedicaltreatment.Suchtreatmentandobservationareconsideredfirstaideventhoughprovidedbyaphysicianorregisteredprofessionalp
