2、馥垦熬攮⋯企业筻堡一，二00^卑一月摘要随着全球经济一体化进程的加快，尤其20世纪90年代以来，中国企业的生存与发展面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战，企业的组织结构处于积极的全面变化之中，合理的组织结构与管理模式比先进的技术更重要。本文主要通过以下几部分进行阐述及论证。第一部分为理论综述，

3、在分析企业的性质和起源的经济原因的基础上，分析了现代企业组织结构及其维度，总结了几种常见的企业组织结构形式，对职能型和事业部型组织结构做了重点研究和分析。第二部分就以美国、德国和日本这三个国家为例展开与我国企业组织结构的比较，从中总结出我国企业的不足及相应的对策。第三部分为实证研究，通过笔者对企业管理的深入学习和探索，发现企业的组织结构对企业绩效，对企业的生存与发展都起到相当大的影响作用。基于对国内101家企业实证数据的基础上，发现企业组织结构类型与企业绩效并无明显相关关系；企业组织结构的规范化对企业绩效有一定的促进作用；
