1、中国农业科学2004,37<4):477-483ScientiaAgriculturaSinica甘蓝型油菜SSR,ISSR标记的遗传多样性及其与杂种表现的关系沈金雄’,’,傅廷栋’,杨光圣’(‘中国农业科学院油料作物研究所,武汉430062;1华中农业大学作物遗传改良国家重点实验室,武汉430070)摘要:利用SSR,ISSR标记技术分析了3个甘蓝型油菜自交不亲和系及22个不同来源的父本品种的遗传多样性,及其与这些亲本按NCII法配制杂种的产量性状表现及杂种优势的关系。结果表明,墓于遗传距离的UPGMA(非加权类平均法)聚类法可将25个亲本材料分为6组
2、,SI-1300,SI-1320各为一组,来源于中国的2个父本品种为一组,SI-1310与来源于国外的其它品种分属另3组。这种分组结果与材料的来源及系谱关系墓本一致。各组间亲本在产量性状、种子品质性状及物候期性状上存在明显差别。SSR,ISSR标记的遗传距离与杂种单株产量极显著乓相关,但决定系数较小。SSR及ISSR标记遗传距离难以预测甘蓝型油菜杂种产量及其优势.关键词:甘蓝型油菜;遗传多样性;杂种表现;SSR;ISSRRelationshipBetweenHybridPerformanceandGeneticDiversityBasedonSSRand

6、mforeigncountriescouldbedividedintootherthreegroups.Thegroupingwasgenerallyconsistentwithparentalpedigreesandgeographicalorigins.Significantdifferencesinyield,qualityandphenologicalperiodtraitswereobservedamongtheseparentgroups.Althoughhybridyieldperplantshowedsignificantpositive
