1、华南理工大学硕士学位论文城市中心商务区商务公寓设计初探姓名：詹涛申请学位级别：硕士专业：建筑与土木工程指导教师：肖大威;李耀培20061120摘要随着中心商务区经济的发展和办公自动化的快速发展，传统的写字楼在功能、配套、管理服务等很多方面已经不能满足创业企业，尤其是中小型创业企业发展的要求，这就需要有人性化的商务公寓提供更专业、更完善的服务。论文首先对中心商务区和写字楼的基本知识进行介绍，并重点探讨商务公寓的定义、特点以及与一般写字楼的区别、优势等；然后通过阐述不同时期国内几个大城市商务公寓的建设情况，了解它们的发展趋势并从中总结出一些建

2、设经验；接着研究广州南沙商务公寓和益丰花园二期商住楼设计实例，剖析其建筑设计、规划设计、结构设计等演变趋势及存在的主要问题，然后找出问题的原因，最后得出结论。论文在建筑设计理论框架指导下，通过整合建筑学、城市规划学、房地产学和风景园林学等方面番勺知识，圈绕着中心商务区齑务公寓的建筑设计进行研究，科学地探讨商务公寓的平面设计、立面设计、空间组成等，从而为商务公寓设计制定科学的设计理念和设计原则。关键词：商务公寓；传统办公：中心商务区；建筑设计；城市规划：房地产AbstractWiththefastdevelopmentofeconomyan
