1、摘要本论文以沃尔玛物流为主要研究对象，在理论与实际相结合的基础上，通过对沃尔玛配送中心现状总的分析，认为物流配送中心在沃尔玛的发展壮大过程中起到了不可替代的作用。我国的零售业要想突破发展瓶颈，取得实质性的进步，发展零售业物流是一条必经之路。现阶段，:我国的零售业要想实现零售业的现代化，与国外零售业巨头进行抗衡就要借助于先进的管理理念以及连锁经营的生产方式，利用国内外现有的零售业物流发展的先进经验，对我国零售业物流的发展模式进行重新的定义，针对我国零售业发展水平不均衡的基本事实，并结合不同的零售业态，提出个性化的发展道路，那就是，对于大型规模的零售企业，建立、完兽归属于自

2、己的现代化物流配送中心显得很有必要，这有助于整合本企业内部的资源，协调各部门的活动，提升自身的竞争力;而对于大多数的中小型零售企业而言，如采用前种方式势必会浪费社会资源，阻碍经济与社会的协调发展。为此，发展第三方物流，建立综合性配送中心等方式就成为有效的途径，这也是当前发展零售业物流的侧重点所在。同时，建立我国零售业物流的发展体系，有待于我们从根本上对流通进行再认识。总之，我们的目标是发展我国的零售业，我们的切入点是零售业的物流，由此我们才能够找到零售业发展的持续竞争优势而不是比较竟争优势，实现由内到外演进，走一条先做强再做大的发展之路。关键词:沃尔玛零售业物流供应链A
