3、loflading)orbynotificationtothecarrier.Whensuchatransportdocumentisissuedinseveraloriginals,afullsetoforiginalsmustbepresentedtothebuyer.Wherethesellerandthebuyerhaveagreedtocommunicateelectronically,thedocumentreferredtointheprecedingparagraphsmaybereplacedbyanequivalentdatainter
4、change(EDI)message.第一节翻译例析交货凭证，运输单据或有同等作用的电子讯息卖方应自付费用，毫不延迟地向买方提供表明载往约定目的港的通常运输单据。此单据（如可转让提单，不可转让海运单或内河运输单据）必须载明合同货物，其日期应在约定的装运期内，使买方得以在目的港向承运人提取货物，并且，除非另有规定，应使买方得以通过转让单据（可转让单据）或通过通知承运人，向其后手买方出售在途货物。如此运输单据有数份正本，则应向买方提供全套正本。如买卖双方约定使用电子方式通讯，则前项所述单据可以由具有同等作用的电子数据交换（EDI）讯息代替。译文第一节翻译例析S
