1、上市公司资产重组的财务及会计问题研究——以新洲集团重组白猫股份为例摘要资产重组是企业以提高公司整体质量和获利能力为目的，通过各种途径对企业内部和外部业务进行重新整合的行为，资产重组是资本市场永恒的主题。随着我国证券市场的健康良性发展，民营企业重组国有控股上市公司的案例层出不穷。新洲集团是一家发展迅速的浙江民营企业，公司在成功借壳上海白猫股份后进行了一系列的资产重组行为，本文的研究目的就是对以上资产重组行为进行分析和评价。随着我国经济的发展，企业为了适应经济发展的需要，不断的探讨资产重组模式，资产重组是上市公司通过资本市场做大做强的最重要和最主要的途径之一。近年来，我国上市公司并购重组风起云涌，
