1、佳木斯大学本科毕业论文（设计）浅析物业服务企业秩序维护部的问题研究学院：商学院年级：2013级专业：物业管理姓名：于安琪学号：13140140223指导教师：于军峰佳木斯大学本科毕业论文（设计）摘要物业管理是指物业管理企业接受业主及业主委员会或者其他组织的委托，对物业进行维护、修缮、管理，对物业区域内的公共秩序、交通、消防、环境卫生等事项提供协助管理的有偿服务。其核心就是为业主提供全面、周到和优质的服务。物业秩序维护服务是基于业主与物业管理公司按照物业服务合同约定，为维护物业管理相关区域内的秩序而产生的，是物业管理服务的一项重要内容。本文从物业服务企业秩序维护部的现状入手，分析了物业企业
2、秩序维护部存在的问题，通过对文献的研究和分析，将国内外研究人员的经验进行总结，通过查找期刊、杂志，论文等，收集有关资料，研究国内外小区物业服务管理的现状以及发展方向、发展模式，并对他们在发展中所遇到的问题进行分析，从而得出相应结论，并且针对物业企业秩序服务部现状，提出了改进物业企业秩序维护部的有力措施，达到物业秩序维护部的可持续发展的目的，是对运作管理理论的一次应用，同时也是对物业服务管理的突破，具有非常重要的理论意义和实践价值。关键词：物业服务企业 秩序维护部 健康发展I佳木斯大学本科毕业论文（设计）AbstractPropertymanagementreferstothepro
