3、ionsat158AGeVarealsopresented.1IntroductionTheenhancementofthestrangequarkproductioninheavyioncollisions,inparticular,theenhancedyieldofφmesonrelativetonon-strangeρandωmesonsissuggestedasapossiblesignatureofquark-gluonplasma(QGP)formation[1,2].Ontheotherha
4、nd,suchanenhancementisalsopredictedbyconventional(noQGP)models,inparticular,bytheLUCIAE[3],anupdatedversionoftheFRITIOFmodel[4,5].Thefirstandmostdetailedexperimentaldataonthelightvectormeson(ρ,ω,φ)productioninnuclearcollisionsareobtainedattheCERNSPS.However
5、,uptonownoattemptwasundertakentodescribesimultaneouslythesedataintheframeworkofauniqueapproach.InthisNote,theLUCIAEmodelisemployed(withsomewhatupdatedparameters)tocomparethetheoreticalpredictionswiththeexistingdataonφand(ρ+ω)productioninpp,p+PbandPb+Pbcoll
6、isionsat158AGeV[6,7].InSection2,theparametersgoverningthestrangeparticleyieldandthetransversemomentumdistributionofproducedhadronsaredescribed.Section3isdevotedtothecomparisonofthemodelpredictionswithexperimentaldata.PredictionsforIn+Inandp+A(AvaryingfromB
