1、本科毕业设计论文题目民间借贷问题研究---以神府地区为例系别专业 班级学号学生姓名杨洋指导老师2016年5月摘要民间借贷在我国有着历史。一方面，民间借贷弥补了金融贷款的不足，拓宽了中小企业的融资渠道，成为正规金融有益补充；另一方面，民间借贷游离于国家金融监管之外，其自身又具有自发性和隐蔽性，潜在的危险十分巨大，一旦发生资金断裂，往往引起一系列不良反应。近几年，随着中国商品经济的发展，民间借贷日渐活跃，规模也呈上升趋势，在我国部分地区民间借贷出现了无序发展，引起了社会的不稳定，严重影响了经济的稳定和发展。本文在文献整理和实地调查的基础上，综合应用规范分析和实证分析等研究方法
2、，对神府地区民间借贷问题进行研究。首先介绍选题背景及研究意义，并对相关理论进行系统梳理及简评；其次介绍目前我国民间借贷的现状与特征；第三对神府地区民间借贷发展的原因及现状进行分析，指出该地区民间借贷的发展既有特定的社会文化背景，也是当地经济发展的的必然要求；第四针对神府民间借贷存在的问题，理清思路，探寻缘由。着重说明神府民间借贷危机对当地经济与社会造成的影响；第五主要是针对当前神府民间借贷存在的问题，提出解决对策，指出当前我国应完善民间借贷的政府监管，通过完善金融服务体系，搭建民间资本通往实体经济的“桥梁”。关键词：融资渠道，民间借贷，民间资本ABSTRACTPrivatelend
