1、首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文饭店业员工工作满意度研究姓名:宋华玲申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:赵耀20070501摘要摘要在当前的饭店业发展中,人才流动非常频繁,很多饭店都强烈意识到人才的竞争己经成为现代饭店竞争的热点。要想吸引和留住人才,就必须提高员工的满意度,培养员工对企业的归属感,不断增强员工对企业的向心力,实现以人为本的管理。那么如何测量和评价员工满意度,完善对员工满意度的人力资源管理,就成为现代饭店必须解决的问题。本文通过实践与理论相结合,以威海市S饭店员工满意度的调查和管理为研究对象。首先研究分析了影响员工满意度的因素,综合运用员
2、工满意度相关理论,然后以s饭店的员工为调查对象,设计出一套用于测量员工满意度的调查问卷,采用文献调研、描述性分析、差异性分析以及访谈法等实证分析方法对结果进行分析,最后根据具体调查结果,分析S饭店员工满意度的现状与存在的问题,并且从薪酬福利、培训开发、信息沟通、职业生涯规划等方面提出了改善员工满意度的系统措施。本文通过对员工满意度的测评方法的研究与应用,以及对员工满意度管理方法的探索,为饭店业了解员工的心态、有效地激励员工、提高员工满意度、改善饭店的人力资源管理提供了一种工具和方法。关键词:员工满意度饭店员工工作满意饭店人力资源管理AbstractRec
