3、gacombinationofgaschromatographyandmassspectrometry.Inordertoassessmonounsaturedtransfattyacidscontent,fattyacidmethylesters(FAME)werefractionatedbysilverionthin-layerchromatographypriortogaschromatographyanalysis.Transfattyacids(TFA),includingconjugatedlinoleicacid,represented4.9%ofthetotalFAME;
4、mostofthembelongedtoC18:1transisomers(2.9%)withasmallrangeofvariation(2.5–3.2%).Thedis-tributionprofileoftrans-C18:1moleculesindicatedthatmorethanhalfweretrans-11,whereastheproportionofpotentiallyunhealthycompounds(trans-10andtrans-9C18:1)waslessthan10%.Meantrans-C16:1contentwas0.25%oftotalFAME.T
